Katie Waple
Katie Waple is a territory representative with EDGe Surgical, serving surgeons throughout Michigan with technical expertise and patient focused purpose. A summa cum laude graduate of Adrian College, she studied Business Administration with a Professional Sales concentration while thriving as a collegiate athlete.
Katie’s experience in biologic orthopedics and healthcare sales has shaped her into a thoughtful communicator and dependable clinical partner. She has supported surgeons across outpatient centers and hospital systems, gaining hands on exposure to OR workflow, sterile technique, implant selection, and the day to day needs of surgical teams. Her background includes OR case coverage, surgeon education, territory development, and product training, giving her a strong foundation in both clinical support and consultative selling. Energized by solving problems and teaching new technologies, Katie excels at helping surgeons adopt tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
When she’s not in the OR or meeting with clinicians, Katie enjoys photography, time on the lake, pickleball, great coffee, and studying the Bible — grounding her life in curiosity, gratitude, and purpose.
