Kevin Anderson, RN, BSN, MBA
Kevin Anderson, RN, BSN, MBA, holds multiple professional certifications including CSSM (Emeritus), CRCST, CHL, CIS, and CER. He completed his MBA in 2021 and brings extensive clinical and leadership experience to the field of sterile processing.
Kevin spent 18 years in the acute care setting, primarily in the operating room as both a circulating and scrub nurse. While working in a mid-sized hospital, he gained experience across a broad range of surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, spine, vascular, neurosurgery, and robotic surgery.
Throughout his career, Kevin has served in several leadership roles including Clinical Coordinator of General Surgery, Operating Room Manager, and Manager of Sterile Processing and Endoscopy Services. In 2018, his sterile processing team was recognized with the IAHCSMM Confidence Builder Award for outstanding quality improvement.
Currently, Kevin provides consultative and educational services to sterile processing and healthcare professionals, helping improve performance, quality, and best practices in sterile processing departments across the United States and internationally.
